Had a great Xmas break at this hotel. Loved the convenient parking and being able to easily walk to the city centre. the nearby supermarket was a bonus. Enjoyed the spacious and clean facilities. the smart TV kept the kids entertained. a good location and well-furnished kitchen made it a comfortable stay.
The smell of cigarette smoke was unpleasant and lingered throughout our stay. the kitchen was disappointing with a sticky floor and dirty cutlery.

Great location - close to the city centre and a lovely park nearby. Easy parking in front of the property. Ample storage in the bedrooms. The single beds were surprisingly comfortable. The view of the sunset from the bedroom windows was stunning. The kitchen was well furnished, and the smart TV provided entertainment for the kids.
The smell of cigarette smoke lingered throughout our stay. The kitchen was a bit disappointing - sticky floor, dirty utensils, and a stopped clock.

Great location for exploring the city and nearby parks. Supermarket within a short walk. the house was clean and warm, perfect for a city break.
The front of the property could use some upkeep and a fresh coat of paint. the bed configuration was not ideal, as all the beds were single beds.

Free parking, great city views and free WiFi - perfect for posting envy-inducing pictures of my holiday on social media.
Oh, I just loved the experience of smelling like a walking ashtray and doing my own dishes before using them. So glamorous.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and options.

Great location for exploring the city, with lovely parks nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. the house was clean, warm, and had ample storage in the bedrooms. Off-street parking was a plus, and the kitchen was well-furnished with everything we needed.
The front of the property could use some attention, as it was in need of a repaint and general tidying up. the kitchen had a few disappointments, such as a sticky floor and dirty cutlery/crockery that required washing before use.

The location was mind-blowing for us - close to family and an easy walk to the city centre. We were surrounded by stunning parks and had a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. The cleanliness and warmth of the place were top-notch, and despite being on a main road, the traffic didn't bother us at all. The wifi was super, and the communication and entry arrangements were spot on. We were able to park our car easily, and the nearby car dealership didn't cause any noise issues. The house itself was lovely and clean, with all the basic amenities we needed for a city break. The Aldi supermarket just a couple of hundred metres away was a big plus. we had a jaw-droppingly great stay and would definitely choose this property again!

It was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy for us to explore the area. we were able to find parking easily in front of the house, which was a major plus. the nearby park was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy nature.
We did encounter a slight issue with the kitchen, as the floor was sticky and the cutlery and crockery were not clean, requiring us to wash everything before using them.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Norwich and had a great experience. The house was exactly as described and had all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable single beds and the stunning view of the sunset from the bedroom windows. The location was convenient, with a supermarket within walking distance and a beautiful park across the road. The off-street parking and easy access to the city center made exploring the area a breeze. The communication with Lucy, the host, was excellent and she promptly addressed any queries we had during our stay. I had a wonderful time at Waterloo Lodge and would definitely consider staying there again.
Although the property had many positives, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. all the beds were single beds, which was not my preference.
